Payment
We accept credit card, debit card and Paypal payments via Stripe, our secure payment gateway.
The goods will not be dispatched until the customer's funds that have been paid to Hermanus have cleared in full.
Order Notes
Please note that all transactions will be carried out in Euro (€). Once you have placed your order, confirmation will be sent to you via e-mail complete with transaction and order reference numbers. We will not be held responsible for pricing errors due to software malfunctions, or human error.
Important: This website operates on an 'invitation to treat' basis and not as an 'offer for sale' as a result, Hermanus reserves the right to decline orders for bulk or high value purchases or confirmed orders where an item has been priced incorrectly.

With this information we can fulfil your orders and provide you with a personalised service. Stock Levels
We work hard to ensure we carry the most comprehensive selection of items. If you purchase an item that we do not have in stock we will contact you immediately if we feel this will adversely affect the length of time it will take us to supply the item to you.
Returns/refund Policy
We are very happy to accept returned items if we are notified within 14 days ofter date of purchase.
Please note - returns will not be accepted without prior agreement.
Any items returned must be in a fully resaleable condition, including packaging and with tags still attached.
Please take care in parcelling the returning item/s and make sure the orginal packaging/box is inside the parcel. If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully resaleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item.
Upon receipt of a returned item - we will send a replacement size if this is requested or we will process a full refund minus any pre-paid delivery charges at the earliest opportunity.
We charge a small fee to cover the cost of sending exchanged goods out.
Please note special order items and gift certificates are non-returnable/refundable.
Unlawful or Prohibited Use
